Employing a mixed methodological approach with research activities spanning across multiple years we understood the needs of current food ordering and delivering problems and solutions and evaluated the usability of proposed design solutions.

The food delivery solution is a complete solution for food ordering or delivery business with intelligent order management system. The solution comprises apps for customers, restaurants, delivery boys, and an admin panel for the business owner(s).
